- Several programs were approved in 2021 to address the safety of and access to public spaces. This report provides an update to the progress and challenges experienced over the past year.
- The established pilot programs include: Establishment of an internal clean-up team, creating an Urban Park Ranger program, partnering with Downtown Business Partners for an ambassador program, and dedicating a Police team to support these endeavors.
The report also provides an update on data collection, reporting, and other activities associated with maintaining safe and welcoming public spaces.
