Introduction, first reading and consideration of a motion to order published by title only, Ordinance 8275 rezoning those areas of the property from Residential – Low 1 (RL-1) to Public (P), consistent with the Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan Land Use of Public
(case no. LUR2017-00028);

Site Review for a proposed Congregate Care Facility (Academy at Mapleton Hill) that includes
93 independent living residential units and 12 memory care units, along with a 42-bed subacute rehabilitation facility with a warm water therapy pool open to the public (case no. LUR2016-00065); and

Use Review for the Congregate Care Use and Parking as a Principal Use in the “P” zoning district (case no. LUR2017-00027).

The Site and Use Review applications and the rezoning will have been heard by the Planning Board on May 31st. The first reading consideration will be done during a public hearing, and a second reading of the rezoning ordinance will be scheduled for July or August.
