1.     Second reading and consideration of a motion to adopt Ordinance 8575 to Allow Electric Assisted Bicycles on Certain Recreational Paths or Trails on Open Space Land by Amending Definitions in Sections 1-2-1 and 7-1-1; Repealing Section 7-5-25, “No Electric Assisted Bicycles on Open Space;” Amending Section 8-3-6,“Vehicle Regulation”; and adding a new Section 8-8-12, “Electric Assisted Bicycles on Open Space,” B.R.C. 1981; and setting forth related details
