| | | | | | | | BRIEF HISTORY OF ITEM
A recent legal challenge about the restaurant at the reservoir has raised the question of how restaurant uses are permitted and managed within city facilities from the zoning perspective. The proposed code change would make it more clear how the uses are permitted in Publicly zoned properties (more specifically within the city’s regional parks).
