PURPOSE: Review Library District governance and board of trustee selection process, present Library District Advisory Committee recommendation on elements of a preliminary draft Library District Intergovernmental Agreement and community engagement, and get direction from City Council on next steps for library district community engagement, joint meeting with Boulder County Board of Commissioners in April and developing options to repurpose monies allocated to the municipal library annual operating budget. |
