The proposed changes received a recommendation of approval from Planning Board on Nov. 21, 2019 (public hearing), with recommended friendly amendments. City Council passed proposed Ordinance 8372 on first reading at its Dec. 3, 2019 meeting. A second reading at council and public hearing was conducted on Jan. 7, 2020, where the proposed ordinance was amended to incorporate the Planning’s Boards recommended alternatives. Proposed Ordinance 8372 incorporates the changes as approved by council at second reading.
