Landmarks Board Vote 4-1, F. Sheets opposed Sheets opposed the motion because she considered additional time and research was needed to confirm the non-contributing status of the building to the University Place Historic District. The extension of the call-up was approved by the city manager since the 14 day call-up period was not met.
