Consideration of a motion to authorize the City Manager to enter into a 10-year lease containing an option to extend the lease term for an additional 10 years with Verizon Wireless, LLC., to install, maintain, and operate communication equipment located at 1360 Gillaspie Drive known as the South Boulder Recreation Center, for telecommunication purposes.

Consideration of a motion to authorize the City Manager to enter into a 10-year lease containing an option to extend the lease term for an additional 10 years with Verizon Wireless, LLC., to install, maintain, and operate communication equipment located at 1360 Gillaspie Drive known as the South Boulder Recreation Center, for telecommunication purposes.

Verizon Wireless communications equipment will be installed on a portion of the property consisting of approximately 440 square feet of equipment space adjacent to the building and space on the roof of the building. Verizon Wireless use of the premises is subordinate to the City use of the property as a recreation center serving the residents and properties of the City and surrounding areas.
