Administrative procedure needed to separate City of Boulder, Utilities and Open Space and Mountain Parks ownership of Colorado-Big Thompson water in the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District. This will allow Open Space and Mountain Parks to obtain CBT water associated with prospective OSMP property acquisitions with OSMP CBT ownership limits calculated separately from Utilities Ownership.
